Hello there! It's lovely that the three day weekend is so close! Tomorrow night I don't have plans yet, and Saturday I'm not sure yet either, other than the normal stuff that I get done, like cleaning and working out. Sunday we're going to the mall and movies. I wish Bob had off on Monday too, but unfortunatly he doesn't. Next Saturday night we're going to Brew Works, a restaurant we love in Bethlehem, PA. We're going with friends, and we haven't been there in two months.
I ordered two bridesmaid's gifts, (I mean two for each bridesmaid.) so I'm happy I started doing that. I really hope they like what I get them, I'm very appreciative for all they'll be doing. I also found some possibilities for a Biblical reading. (My aunt is doing a reading during the ceremony.)
In the pictures below I'm wearing one of my favourite Modcloth dresses! I love all the colours on it, they're just so pretty. I was hesitant about spending that much money on it, (I did have a coupon, though.) but, it was worth it! I got it two months ago, and have worn it on my blog before.
The brooch I'm wearing inthe pictures arrived yesterday, from England. I ordered it from Etsy, and it only took eight days to get here. It was my first purchase from this seller. (Shop name is Luxulite.) I'm very happy with it! She does great work, I already ordered a cherry necklace, as well.

(Just Over) Five Months Left!
Hello there! I keep thinking about this upcoming three day weekend! Sunday Bob and I headed to the mall so we can look at wedding rings, I can look for bras, and also possibly shoes for my wedding! I have a pair of heels arriving this week as possible wedding shoes. Hopefully I like them.
I made my hair appointment today for the day of the wedding. It's at eight a.m., nice and early ha. It's great because it's literally two minutes from where I live. I'll be going there for a trial run in about a month or so. I have to wait for my mom to be done making my veil, before I can go in for it. I also have to decide if I want to keep growing my highlights out, or make an appointment a little bit before the wedding to get blonde highlights. Decisions, decisions! I had nooo idea how many decisions were involved in planning a wedding!
I've been talking about the bachelorette party the past couple days with the bridesmaids. We decided to go Saturday, June 7th to Atlantic City, and stay overnight. I'm excited already!! I told them I wanted to go to AC, so we can hang out at the beach bars almost the whole time. I've only been to the beach bars there once, but I LOVED it. It's sooo nice to be right on the beach! And the temperatures will probably be perfect then! I went to the beach bars there when I went for a bachelorette party a year and a half ago. We went at the beginning of July. It was a lot of fun, there was music playing, and a decent amount of people. They also made this amazing drink at one of the bars! It was orange flavored, really sweet tasting.
I can't believe my wedding is just over five months away!
In the pictures below I'm wearing one of my favourite shirts. I've had it for two years now. I love the pattern and the colours in it. I'm also wearing my new bracelet that came two weeks ago. It's my favourite bracelet now. Since the colours are pastel shades, it definitely doesn't match with everything in my wardrobe. I thought it went with my shirt enough to wear it. The shade of light blue in the bracelet and the shirt match almost perfectly, as well as the shades of green in both.

Deadly Dames Red Dress
Hello there! Last night after going to Cheesecake Factory and the mall with Bob, I went over my friend's apartment for a little while. She moved in in November. She actually lives two minutes from me, ha. Basically lives across the street. She's been wanting to move out for such a long time, so it's nice that she was finally able to. I had run into her at the mall last night actually, and that's when she invited me over.
In the pictures below I'm wearing my new Pin Up Girl Clothing "Haunted Housewife" dress! I REALLY love it! I adore the shape of it, the colour, the collar, the crossover bust, and the shape of the skirt. It's ultra-flattering. I wore it last night to dinner with Bob. I love that 1950's style of it, as well. It's such a cute, retro shape. I love how the dress pairs with my new ivory and black B.A.I.T. heels! I think it's a perfect retro look. Lately, I've been really into 1950's style, and I'm so glad I discovered Pin Up Girl Clothing!
A woman told me it was a beautiful dress. I also got complimented on my donut ring and my neon pink satchel. It's always nice to get compliments on the items I choose to spend my money on!
Tonight I'll be hanging out with a friend. I think we'll be going out to a local bar. I may have to wear my new red dress again! I've never really dressed "normally." So, you think by now I'd be used to people staring at my clothes/shoes/accessories. But, unfortunatly I'm not. I've never liked to be stared at, in fact I despise it. But, it's not enough of an annoyance to make me change the way I dress!

New Skirt, Heels, And Belt!
Hello there! Ahh, we're so close to Friday now. And not this weekend, but next weekend is a three day weekend! (MLK day.) Tonight I'm not doing much, just reading and watcing "The Office" with Bob. Tomorrow night we're going to a mall, and eating at Cheesecake Factory. I'm going to look for shoes for the wedding while we're there, and I think we're going to take a look at wedding bands, too. The wedding is only five and half months away now! It seems pretty soon, now that it's under six months.
Today three packages came for me! I spent the last of my Christmas money on these orders. I got a red dress and striped Jenny skirt from Pin Up Girl Clothing, three wide stretchy belts from Viva Dulce, and a pair of B.A.I.T. heels from Modcloth. The heels are black and cream, and they'll match with a lot! They're my third bair of B.A.I.T. shoes, and I just started buying them in December. I have my eyes on the red and cream ones next.
In the pictures below I'm wearing my new striped skirt, new heels, and one of my new belts. I love wide, stretchy belts! I only had a red one and a black one before. The ones I got today are this blue one, a yellow one, and a pink one. I love how my new rainbow bracelet matches the skirt so well, and so does my favorite necklace! I just love wearing rainbow accessories. They make me happy.

New Jenny Skirt!
Hello there! Well, my trip to pick up my wedding dress got cancelled because of the expected freezing rain! I'm not happy about this. This is the second time my planned trip to get it got cancelled due to weather. My mom and I are now planning on going on Thursday, and so far the weather looks fine. But, who knows! And the shop only gives you two weeks to pick it up, from the time they call you. The shop is an hour from where I live.
So, today is going to be quite the boring day, since Bob and I will be staying inside due to the rotten weather! I'll be reading, working out, and watching "The Office" and "The Newsroom" with Bob.
In the pictures below I'm wearing my new Pin Up Girl Clothing striped Jenny skirt! I received it, along with a dress on Thursday. It's my second Jenny skirt. I LOVE the colours in the skirt, they're my favourite colours. (Well, except for the black.) I got 25% off that order, and also used Christmas money on it, so I didn't spend any of my own money, which was awesome! My pink, orange, and yellow necklace matches perfectly with the skirt.
I just ordered a 50's style brooch from Etsy! I'm so excited for it. It's gorgeous, with great colours in it. The woman who makes these brooches is so talented, and has a great eye for beautiful pieces. It's coming from The U.K., so I will be very impatiently waiting for its arrival. It'll look so nice pinned on cardigans.

A Bowl Of Cherries
Hello there! Yesterday I worked from home, they told us Thursday afternoon that we wouldn't be open on Friday because of the snow. I believe that's the first time they've ever closed for snow, since I've been there. It ended up snowing about five inches, but it was also windy, with bitterly cold temperatures. I'm seriously sick and tired of seeing snow, and being freezing. It's just depressing.
My mom and I were going to pick up my wedding dress last night, but we changed it to tomorrow, because of the weather yesterday. I'll be trying it on there, paying the balance on it, and I really hope I don't need much alteration to it! I don't think I will. If I don't need much alteration, my mom said she can do it for me. So, that's great!
Today I'm going to be doing the normal tasks I do on Saturdays, like cleaning, laundry, and working out. Other than that, I think I'll just be baking chocolate oatmean cookies, and staying in and relaxing. This weather really makes me not want to go out! I was thinking of going to Cheesecake Factory with Bob, but I decided not to go today. He's going to make a tomato tart for us! I'm excited, it tastes amazing. It tastes very similar to pizza. And we had pizza last night, ha. I can't get enough of it.
We sent out almost all of our wedding invitations! I'm glad to have that out of the way.
My Pin Up Girl Clothing order came on Thursday, and I couldn't be happier with both the dress and the skirt. I wasn't completly sure that I'd love that dress, because it has a black background, and I'm not too into black, although I do have one other dress with a black background. But, the dress fits great, and is very flattering! I love how it looks. And the cherries are very vibrant and cute. The dress has a little bit of room in it, which is nice. The other dress I have from there (harlequin print) is tight, but that's how it's supposed to fit.
I love the colours in the skirt! It has my favourite colors in it: pink, orange, and yellow.
I spent the rest of my Christmas money yesterday, when I ordered another dress and skirt from Pin Up Girl! Well, I also spent $30 over the money I got for Christmas, but that's not so bad, ha. Plus, I wanted to get free shipping, since I hate paying for shipping, so I had to spend over a certain amount to get it.

Happy New Year!
Hello there! Happy New Year! Last night Bob and I had a couple drinks at Applebee's, and then went to a friend's apartment for a party. It was a lot of fun. This new year will be a great one, since we'll be married in less than six months! And we've already been engaged for five months, I can't believe it!
Today two of our friends are coming over for dinner. (They're a couple.) It's going to be so good! We're going to have a turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, peas, and cranberry sauce. One of my very favourite meals. I'm so lucky to have a man who loves to cook! And that's he such a great cook.
In the pictures below I'm wearing an Ann Taylor dress. I also have it in red, but with 3/4 sleeves. They are really great dresses for work and special occasions. I wore the red one on Christmas Eve. I think they're quite flattering, and that's reflected in the name of the dresses. They're called "Miracle Dresses." I love this shade of pink as well. It's a nice, bright, vivid shade. I wear these black heels a lot. They're comfortable, and a good height. (About three inches.) I have the same heels in a dark red and bright pink also.
All this time off from work has been great! But, I just can't believe how fast it's been going. That's always the way, isn't it? At least I just have to go back for two days, and then I'll have two more days off! Bob and I may be going to Cheesecake Factory on Saturday. I'm making up my mind if I want to do that, or if I want him to make a tomato tart. He said it's up to me. So, either way it's going to be yummy!
Friday night my mom and I are picking up my wedding dress! I hope it fits well. It's a size up from the sample I tried on in the store.
Dress: Ann Taylor
Heels: Zappos.com (Nine West)
Necklace: Brighton
Bracelet: Gift from Bob
