Hello Weekend!

Hello there! I'm leaving soon to meet my mom to go to a bakery to talk to them about possibly making my wedding cake!
I posted pictures of my new pie dress a month ago. It's quickly become one of my favourite pieces of clothing! I love the retro feel to it, the print is fantastic, and it's flattering. Which makes it pretty near perfect! I thought the sprinkles sneakers looked adorable with it, especially because some of the pies have sprinkles on them!

The Brady Bunch House

Hello there! We're so close to Friday now, which makes me a very happy girl! Ha. 
Tonight I went to Panera with my parents and grandmother. I had my usual broccoli cheddar soup, with a side of bread. I never get sick of it! 
Bob and I are leaving in a couple minutes to go meet with a DJ. Hopefully when we get back home we'll get to watch some Breaking Bad!! There's only eight episodes in Season Five, and we finished the forth episode last night.
In the pictures below, I'm wearing my cute retro house print dress. I love retro style prints/styles. I also love lime green, and there's a lot of it in this dress! I think the ring I'm wearing goes pretty perfectly with the dress/belt. My dress reminds me of the Brady Bunch house, so that's why I titled this blog post as such. Ha.

Another Dress My Mom Made!

Hello there! So glad that Monday is over with. Ugh, Mondays just are so depressing. 
We did look at another reception venue last night. I think we may chose that one. We have more appointments lined up this week. But, we need to give a lot of thought to the venue we saw last night, and we may end up calling them very soon, and not bothering with at least some of our upcoming appointments.
Breaking Bad Season 6 premiered Sunday night, but we couldn't watch it since we just started Season 4 last night! I've been getting the seasons out of the library, which is so nice to not have to pay to watch them. Although I really wish I had been watching the earlier seasons when they were on TV.
My mom made the dress in the below pictures. I really LOVE it! She did such a great job, as usual. She's very talented. I love the shape of it, and the print. So colorful.  
Tonight I'll be going to Panera with one of my friends. I haven't seen her since April; she's usually quite busy. So, it'll be great to catch up in person. I did call her and let her know about our engagement though! :)

I Scream!

Hello there!
In the pictures below, I'm wearing one of my favourite dresses. I really love the fit/style of this ice cream print Modcloth dress. I reach for it a lot. I wish it would stay this warm for so much longer, so I could wear it, and all my other really cute tank dresses more!
The pictures of me standing next to murals were taken outside of the Abbey Road restaurant. It's a Beatles-themed place. Bob and I both love the Beatles, and love that restaurant. They have amazing tuna bites there, with a great dipping sauce. I'm not really one for seafood, but these are so yummy!! They also give a size option of a LITER of a draft beer. Bob definetly had some liters! Ha.

A Connecticut Weekend

Hello there! I've been having a great weekend. Got back from Connecticut around 1:30 today. (We also made a couple stops on the way home.) We didn't hit any traffic on the way back, which was great! We went in the ocean for a little bit yesterday. The water felt so great! There weren't any waves where we were though. Of course I got a little burned! I never seem to be able to prevent it, unforunatly.
In the pictures below, I'm wearing a top that I picked up at TJ Maxx in Conneticut yesterday, it was $15. I love the leaf pattern on this top. I have this top in another pattern, I wore it on my blog a couple weeks ago. The brand of these two tops is Cable & Gauge.  Most of my shirts are this brand. I can usually get them at great prices at Marshall's, TJ Maxx, and Macy*s. I actually picked up another Cable & Gauge brand top today too, at Macy*s. 
I don't wear these shorts much, but I thought they were perfect paired with the shirt. (I don't wear a lot of green.) I wore a belt over the top, because they're not any definition in the waist on this top.
