Hello there! I'm so glad it's the last day of January! I just can't wait for February to go by, too. I just want to be in March already. January & February in the northeast are the WORST. March can be bad too, but it does start to get a little bit better at some point in that month, plus March 20 is spring!
Last night I went to Panera with Bob, my parents, and grandmother. Friday evening Bob, me, and my parents we'll be meeting with a lawyer to transfer the deed for property that my own over to us, as we're buying some land from them to build a house. It'll be nice to have that done, and then we can start to apply for permits, and meet with the bank. We'd been at a standstill for awhile now, waiting on documents from a title agency.
I'm meeting a friend for brunch this Saturday, and don't have plans yet for the rest of the week, other than that. I'm fine with that, because beginning from March going through May I have a lot of weekend plans!
In the pictures below I'm wearing my very favorite dress, my Trashy Diva rockets print Annette dress. I've worn this dress many times, although not to work much, as it's such a special dress to me. But, I love wearing it outside of work, and on vacations. I'm so glad I also have the matching bolero, which I picked up during my honeymoon close to four years ago, before I had the dress. In these pictures I'm wearing a crinoline under the dress, and that's my first time trying one with this dress. I think it looks great.

Under The Sea
Hello there! We're not doing much today, just staying at home, like a typical Sunday. We have one more episode to go for season 4 of "Shameless". I can't believe that's it, and then we have to wait until whenever Netflix gets the next season. This season has NOT disappointed! Yesterday was much cooler out and a lot less humid than it had been this whole last week, so it was a much needed reprieve. I'm not sure how long that's going to stick around though!
I started packing for our trip yesterday. It's so close now, and I just want to be en route already!
In the pictures below I'm wearing my Hell Bunny seahorse print dress I got from Modcloth over a year ago. I don't wear pastel clothing too much, but I really love this adorable print. It's a really comfy dress, too. In the order pictures below are my new BAIT shoes! I actually returned the green, because it was too dull for me; they are more of an olive green. I really LOVE the Roni style I got; those are the round toe ones. The blue ones are such a pretty shade of blue, and it's a new shade I didn't have any other styles in. I'm going to pair them with my Trashy Diva red fans dress that was in my last post. They don't match perfectly, but it's close enough for me.
BAIT is my favorite shoe brand, if you hadn't noticed. They are so cute, retro looking, and comfy, and I love that they've been releasing more options of new colors and styles lately.
Dress: Modcloth (Hell Bunny)
Necklace: Etsy (Luxulite)
Brooch: Gift from Atomic Lucite
Heels: BAIT Footwear

Puffer Fish
Hello there! The weather yesterday was amazing. When Bob and I left around 3:00 to run errands, I didn't even need a coat! I took some outside outfit pictures, sans coat. It actually hit 60 degrees, which definitely gave me spring fever.
We're just staying at home today. I'm going to watch "Black Mass". I can't believe how different, and bad Johnny Depp looks in his role. I'm watching "Downton Abbey" tonight too, just like every week. I can't believe it's the last season! I hate how most of my favorite shows have ended in the past couple of years (like "Breaking Bad" and "Boardwalk Empire"). This season's good, but seems to have had less twists & turns than usual. Maybe they're saving the up for the end! Bob really likes the show, too.
We've been talking about where we're going on vacation this summer. We aren't going to a beach location for a week, like we've been doing almost every summer (Virginia Beach, Myrtle Beac, etc). We are going on a road trip! The only two spots that are a must for me are: Nashville and Charleston. I've never been to either city, and Bob hasn't either. My sister lives in Nashville, so we'll be visiting her there, too. Bob also wants to stay one night on the way out and one night on the way back, at two different cities. So, we may stay in Baltimore, and Richmond, or maybe not; he's going to look into it. I'm really excited to see Nashville and Charleston, though. I've heard such great things about both places.
In the pictures below I'm wearing my Oblong Box Shop puffer fish skirt. I'm so excited for them to release their new novelty print skirts! There's one with an orange background that I love (they posted some Instagram pictures of it). It's so hard to find dresses or skirts with much orange in them, and this one has a lot! Right now I just have two skirts from them. I'm also looking forward to seeing their booth at Viva in less than two months! I'm wearing my new rainbow rose hair piece in the pictures below. I really love this one; it's definitely my favorite hair piece I own.
