Hello there! I
met with a florist today, and I'm also meeting with one tomorrow. The
one I met with today does it on her own, as a part-time, side job. She
doesn't work for a flower shop or anything. I saw her garden, which was
sooo gorgeous! I'm waiting for an email from her with prices though. She
didn't give me any price info while I was speaking to her. She did give me a flower arrangement though, which surprised me! It's pictured below.
In
the pictures below, I'm wearing a dress I've worn once before on my
blog. I'm wearing it with different jewelry and shoes though. I love
this colour! Such a perfect shade of orange. I wear this dress to work,
but I could also wear it out/to parties, etc. I got it from Marshall's
over a year ago; it's Calvin Klein. He makes such flattering dresses! I
have three Calvin Klein dresses now that I've scored at Marshall's.
The
purse in the pictures is new. It came today from Modcloth. I've been
looking for a bright yellow purse for some time now. I saw this months
ago on Modcloth, but didn't think it was worth the price for such a
small one. So, I scored it on the 70% off sale- for $18.99!
I bought the tin pictured below at Home Goods yesterday for $3.99. I love it! So cute and cheery. My mom and I both love cute tins, but she has A LOT more than I do! Ha.

Hello there & happy Friday!! So glad that the weekend is here again.
On lunch break my friend and I had pizza. (We do every Friday) And after we ate, we walked over to Home Goods, which is right next door to the pizza place. I've been staying away from there for a few weeks, but thought I'd try again today! I hadn't really seen much I liked in awhile. But, today I found a few things.
The jewelry box is in the first picture below. I LOVE it. The colours are so great! Love the pattern, too. I had seen the beach towel with popsicles on it awhile ago, and decided I wouldn't get it at the time. I picked it up today though. Only $8! It's also in a pic below. And I got a set of little bowls, three different sizes. The biggest one has popsicles on it, I'm not crazy about the other two though. But, I had to have the popsicle one!
I wanted to take pictures outside tonight, but the weather wasn't really cooperating. So, as a result these pics were taken inside, and have crappy lighting. Ugh. We kept trying different things to get good lighting, but it wasn't working!

So, happy Friday all!!! I am veryyyy glad it's the weekend. We got let out of work an hour early today. I went to TJ Maxx, Old Navy, and Pier 1 with a friend of mine, after work. Neither of us found anything to buy. I haven't found anything in a while from TJ Maxx, I used to find clothes pretty often there. They almost always have Cable & Gauge tops. I love Cable & Gauge. They make such cute prints, and flattering styles. Many stores sell this brand. But, Marshalls & TJ Maxx sell them cheaper than stores like Macy*s. Lately, I haven't seen any Cable & Gauge shirts I had to have, from TJ Maxx or Marshall's.
Tomorrow, Bob's (my boyfriend) parents and brother are coming over for dinner. Bob is such a good cook. He's making a brocolli cheddar risotto! I can't wait. He's made it about three times before for us, and he knows how much I love it. It is so flavorful. I love brocolli, one of my favourite veggies!
The outfit in the pictures is what I wore to work today. The colourful print top is one of my favourite shirts that I own. It's Cable & Gauge, I bought it at Macy's about a year ago. It was one of my first Cable & Gauge tops. It's flattering, and I love the pattern and colours!! The jeans are my favourite pair. Just the right shade of dark denim, with a little stretch in them. They're boot cut, and that's my favourite cut for jeans. The heels are such a great shade of bright, rich orange. They are easy to walk in, because the heel is thick. They're from Modcloth, just another AMAZING Modcloth find!!
In the last two pictures I'm sitting on a beautiful bench that I found at Home Goods awhile back. I LOVE the pattern. It's so pretty and cheerful!
I'm going to my parent's on Sunday for Easter. My sister will be there. She lives in Connecticut, and is back for the weekend. My grandparents will be over on Easter, too. Bob's going to be doing his own family thing, at his parent's house.
Hope everyone has a great weekend & Easter!!
