Hello! I am back from Conneticut. I had a really fun time. Yesterday was pretty busy. I arrived around 12:30. After showing me her house, my sister (whose name is Brette) and I went to lunch. Then we went straight to shopping! Ha. She loves to shop, as well. We went to outlet stores. I only bought one piece of clothing, but I got plenty of accessories! And a pair of heels. I'm happy I was able to find brightly coloured items. Brette found a lot, too.
On our way back from shopping, we stopped at a famous local ice cream place, called Ashley's. It was great! I've had it once before, but at a different location. I got Cookie Dough, like I usually do. I'm glad it's not nearby me, because I'd go there all the time!
We got pizza for dinner & ate it her place. I met one of her roommates for the first time, as well as that girl's boyfriend. I had met the other roommate a few previous times. Her roommates are both really nice girls.
Later on at night, we went out to a bar. I danced for hours! My legs ache today, from dancing in heels.

In the pictures below, I am wearing a dress I've had for about three years. I love it! It's still one of my favourites. It has my fav colours in it- pink & orange. I love the shape of it too, it's very flattering. And these heels are my favourite pair of heels! They ae pink, orange, and red. I got them a few months ago in Macy*s. I only paid $18! I think they look great paired with this dress. I wanted to take pictures outside, but it's raining again!
I'm leaving tomorrow morning to go visit my sister in Connecticut. I haven't gone up there to see her since she graduated college, two years ago. She lived in Nantucket for a few months after that, then came home for a few months, and then moved back to Connecticut over a year ago. So, it should be a nice little get away. I'll be back on Sunday. I love exploring new places. And we'll be going shopping, of course! Ha.

Hello there! Today was long, and it's been crappy out all day. Dark and gloomy, raining off and on. I'm so glad tomorrow's Friday!
In the pictures below, I love the top I have on. The colour is great. It's a light shade of orange, and I don't see that shade of orange too much. I love the jewelry I'm wearing with it, too. I love the combo of orange and coral together, and both the necklace and the bracelet have those colours in them. And my new sandals look great with this outfit, too! :)
Last night I bought season 1 of the HBO show "Girls" at Target. I've heard so many good things about that show. Bob and I watched the first three episodes last night. It was quite good, can't wait to watch more of it.

Hello! Well, at least I'm more than halfway through this work week! The weather has been pretty perfect since Monday. Been around 72 for the high each day and sunny. I LOVE it. Nice that it really feels like spring.

And I'm really loving my new sandals from Modcloth. I've been wearing them a lot. They match with so much. These shorts are fab, too. I have them in a few colours. Hello! Bob and I went to a mall today, and ate at Cheesecake Factory there. I love that restaurant. We don't go out to eat much, so it was nice to go today. I actually didn't buy one thing at the mall! Lately, at malls I haven't been seeing much stuff at all that I like. Almost everything that I want to buy are items I find online.
I had a good time yesterday, at my parent's. My five year old cousin was there. (He's actually my third cousin.) I don't get to see him much at all. He's so cute! And was very well-behaved. He's in a couple of the pictures below.
Today, I wore my new house dress again! I couldn't resist. I love it so much. I paired it with different accessories than what I wore it with a few days ago, when I posted pictures of it. A couple of people at the mall complimented me on it.

Hello, there! Today I'm wearing one of my favourite outfits. And it's great that I can wear this dress out now, and not be cold! There are so many great colurs in the dress, that match with so many of my shoes and accessories. I love pairing it with this lime belt. I just bought it at Target. I have three of these belts from Target, one in coral, one in orange, and this one. They're really versatile, and I love pairing them with dresses.
I got these dress in February. My mom took it in for me in the waist area. Luckily, she is a great sewer! It fits great now. I'm bringing a new dress from Modcloth over tooday, for her to take in for me.
