1940's Big Band Bows

Hello there! Last night Bob and I visited my grandmother, and today I'm doing cleaning, laundry, and working out. Tomorrow Bob and I are going to his great aunt's 90th birthday party/family reunion, and it's about an hour away from us. It's 84 degrees today, and going to be almost 90 degrees tomorrow & Monday, so it definitely doesn't feel like fall here!  Bonus is it's super sunny today, and supposed to be the next few days, too.
Bob and I have been watching "Mystery Science Theater" recently, on Netflix. I had never seen it before, and he hadn't in a long time. If you aren't familiar with it, it's a show where they play a crappy movie, usually an old movie, and these comedians talk during the movie, making fun of it. You'd have to see it! It's usually pretty funny. You can't believe how crappy these movies are!! How movies like that get the go ahead to be made is beyond me!
In the pictures below I'm wearing my Trashy Diva Big Band Bows 1940's dress that I got from a lovely lady int he TD Facebook group I'm in, about three weeks ago. She remembered I was in search of this one, and messaged me to let me know she was ready to let hers go! I already had this print in a different style, but I adore the print so much that I wanted it in this 1940's style, too. I don't do that much, but I have about four TD print in two different styles. Sometimes a print is just THAT good!
I don't have too many dresses that match the shade of blue that these heels are, but this print matches them really well. I just love this shade of blue; it's so bright and pretty. Also, these shoes are so comfy; I really hope BAIT Footwear brings this style back. It's called the Roni, and they only released the style once, in three colors. I have all three colors, of course.

Dress: Facebook group (Trashy Diva)

~Bye bye for now!

  1. Oooh, the colors in this print are just perfect! The first few times I saw it, I wasn't in love, but then I saw a close up and now I need to find one!! Love the 1940s style on you!
